It is EC Q100 qualified and operates within temperature grade 1, covering a wide range from –40 °C to +125 °C. The device meets HBM ESD classification level 2 and CDM ESD classification level C4B, ensuring robust protection against electrostatic discharge. Fully compliant with ISO26262 standards, it is ASIL D systems ready and comes with complete documentation, making it suitable for safety critical automotive and industrial applications.
