Multi-Contact 6 mm safety socket features a crimp connection with a cable capacity of up to 10.5mm diameter, for mating with KST6AR-N series of plugs or the 6 mm safety flush mounting plugs, utilised with a flush mounting plug it acts as an appliance connector and with the plugs as an inline coupling. he insulator body allows for a maximum cable cross section of 16 mm², suitable for many applications that call for a 6 mm diameter socket connector. The socket connector insulator is assembled over an associated cable prior to assembly, it is then crimped and the insulator pushed over the crimped article to finalise and complete the KBT6AR-N inline socket connector assembly.

They are suited idealy where higher power connections are required, such as for use in laboratories, test facilities, schools and industry.
