Non-Stackable Shrouded Plugs
These Non-Stackable also known as safety banana plugs from our own RS PRO brand are designed to join wires in your electrical applications while avoiding accidental contact in high voltage situations. Comes in a wide range of colours.
The centre pins are made of electro-tinned brass. High-quality polypropylene moulded parts are reliable for the most demanding test and measurements applications.
These plugs accept cable to a maximum 4.3mm diameter.
Where can you use this plug?
This plug is recommended for CAT III and IV applications.
CAT III applications – applicable to circuits connected to the distribution part of a building’s low-voltage mains

• Solar cell power assemblies

• Switches and industrial equipment
CAT IV- applicable to circuits connected at the source of the building’s low-voltage mains
