The Texas offers a TLV series are a family of high performance with 12-bit low power, CMOS analog-to-digital converters which operate from a single 2.7-V to 5.5-V power supply. In addition to a high-speed A/D converter and versatile control capability, these devices have an on-chip analog multiplexer that can select any analog inputs or one of three internal self-test voltages.
