Microchip general-purpose ADC
The Microchip FTQFN package is a step up 8-pin surface mount 16, 14, and 12-bit, 1 Msps single-channel ADC family devices. It has an analogue supply voltage rating of 1.8. This is a highly efficient 2MHz switching frequency. It supports bidirectional true load disconnect function that prevents leakage current between input and output and protecting the input supply and improves the start-up performance.
