RS Pro MTR3b Series Bi-Directional Synchronous Motors
RS Pro MTR3b Series reversible synchronous motors are permanent magnet type with two stator windings for single phase AC 50/60 Hz. The sense of rotation of the motors is determined by the resulting circular rotating field. Electrical reversal of the sense of rotation is effected by the single-pole changeover switch. Phase displacement of the excitation current is achieved by connecting the capacitor in series included with one of the stator windings.
