The non-woven disc use aluminium oxide mineral abrasive offering a continuous fast cutting action and consistency. The fibre construction conforms well to help preserve irregular or contoured surfaces. Suitable for a variety of general purpose metalworking applications from cleaning, deburring and finishing.

Unique Construction

The unique construction of the Scotch-Brite™ disc is made up of non-woven fibres and aluminium oxide abrasive making it tough and durable. Compared to traditional abrasives that quickly wear down when used, these discs have a high cut-rate, hardness, strength and low heat retention making aluminium oxide a popular choice.

Flexibility

The Scotch Brite™ surface conditioning disc allows for easy adaptation to a profiled surface. It has been designed to last longer than wire brushes and other abrasive discs. The abrasive standards are kept constant throughout its lifespan. This is because the disc doesn't get clogged up, extending the life of the product.
