FAQs
What are the benefits of PLA?
PLA filaments are available in a wide range of shades and styles to suit various applications and offers excellent advantages. PLA has the ability to contract less than ABS plastic when cooling, as well as offering excellent geometric stability making it ideal for non-mechanical applications that require a durable material.
What 3D printers is this suitable for printing with?
RS PRO matte PLA filament can be used with all common desktop 3D printers with FFF or FDM technology. Due to the low tendency to warp it can also be printed without a heated bed. However, if you have a heated bed the recommended temperature is ± 35-60˚C.
