The RS Youth Ambassador program engages young individuals in RS initiatives while providing comprehensive opportunities for personal and professional growth. Ambassadors receive training in communication, management, and networking, gaining confidence and leadership skills. Mentoring from RS professionals supports their development, while access to RS products and exclusive events enhances their experience. Participation adds prestige to their CVs, opening doors to future career opportunities. The program empowers young people to thrive in a competitive world, benefiting both individuals and RS.
What does the role include?
RS Student Representative
Serve as the ultimate RS superhero in the engineering realm, waving the RS flag high and making sure our interests and cool projects shine bright!
Content Creation
Whip up some exciting and enlightening posts for RS's social media channels to shine a spotlight on the vibrant engineering crew.
On campus events
Lead activities on campus including, Super Skills workshops and industry speaker events for students interested in engineering.
Community Building
Encourage sign-ups to the RS community. Join forces with other student groups and academic departments to reach a greater audience.
Promotional activities & giveaways
Put on your marketing hat and get ready to rock some awesome RS-branded merch & products during special weeks or events!
Super Skills
Get training on communication skills and management to help you succeed as an Ambassador plus regular online Super Skills workshops.
