Arctic Cable
Arctic grade cable is a special type of electrical cable that can withstand temperatures as low as -40˚C. making it perfect for outdoor applications. Constructed from plain annealed copper conductors and a high-grade PVC sheath this cable retains its flexibility when cold but is still extremely supple at room temperatures. Arctic cable is traditionally used for wiring commando-style Industrial plugs and sockets. Yellow arctic cable is used for 110V ac and Blue arctic cable is used for 240V ac.
