Honeywell DPDT Toggle Switch, 17mm - 2TL1-7

This toggle switch from Honeywell is designed to operate military-grade equipment and machinery by controlling power to a circuit. It features a bonded seal between the toggle lever and bushing and between the cover and case, preventing accidental operation for added safety.
The switch is made of durable metal and plastic materials for superior impact resistance and long-term performance. It also has silver cadmium contacts that help ensure reliable signal transmission. It's useful in prototype testing as well as in the medical industry.

Features & Benefits

• Step-design case provides added space between terminals to help prevent shorting
• Screw-type termination for easy and quick installation
• Wide operating temperature range of -65°C to +71°C for use in harsh environments
• Compact 17mm actuator length for use in tight spaces

Applications

• Aviation ground support equipment
• Military land vehicles
• Helicopters and aeroplanes

What is a DPDT contact configuration?

Pole and throw configuration indicates how many circuits a switch controls ("pole") and how many "on" positions it has ("throw"). A double pole double throw (DPDT) configuration means a switch can control two circuits and has two "on" positions.
