The Vishay K825P series 4 channel optocoupler consists of a photodarlington optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in 8-pin plastic dual inline package. The elements are mounted on one lead frame providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements.
