Vishay Multiplexer Switch IC
The Vishay DG406 is a 16-channel single-ended analogue multiplexer designed to connect one of the sixteen inputs to a common output as determined by a 4-bit binary address. It has an electric rating of ±5V to ±20V and 500pA. The charge injection is 15pC with channel capacitance of 8pF(CS) and 130pF(CD).
