Crimping pliers for end sleeves 145mm - 0,25 - 2,5mm² - Chrome

Knipex high quality crimping pliers are designed to be used wherever end sleeves or cable ferrules are crimped. This portable crimping tool is designed to crimp pieces of material together in sizes from 0.25 to 2.5 mm², especially terminal blocks on control systems due to their generally high and thin supports. The four crimping dies with trapezoidal cross-sections are clearly visible and marked to ensure correct insertion of the end sleeves. After applying manual force to crimp the end caps, the cable end cap is crimped.

Importance of a high quality crimp

If there are voids, corrosion can occur, causing resistance and excessive heat that damages the electrical connection. Using a good quality crimping tool will ensure a complete crimp, preventing future deterioration of the electrical connection and breakage of the insulation.
