The Infineon IR3899AMTRPBF is a 9A easy-to-use, fully integrated synchronous buck regulator. The IR3899A has an internal low dropout voltage regulator, allowing operation with a single supply. The IR3899A is a versatile regulator, offering programmable switching frequency from 600 kHz to 2 MHz, two selectable current limits, forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and diode emulation mode (DEM) operation.
