The Infineon IR3823AMTRPBF is a 3A easy-to-use, fully integrated synchronous buck regulator. The IR3823A has an internal low dropout voltage regulator, allowing operation with a single supply. The IR3823A is a versatile regulator, offering programmable switching frequency from 600 kHz to 2 MHz, two selectable soft start times, forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and diode emulation mode (DEM) operation.
