The NCV8187 is a 1.2 A LDO Regulator with low quiescent current consumption (typ. 30 μA over the full temperature range), low dropout voltage, low output noise and very good PSRR. The regulator incorporates several protection features such as Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, Current Limiting and also Power Good Output signal for easy MCU interfacing.
