The ROHM TO252-3 package is a 3+Tab-pin, single-channel regulator available with several fixed output voltage. It has an output voltage rating of 3.3V and a current rating of 500mA. These devices are developed to offer the most robust power supply design under harsh automotive environments. It supplies a stable, fixed voltage from an unstable direct input voltage.
