BU18SD5WG is high-performance CMOS LDO regulators with output current ability of up to 500mA. this device has excellent noise and load response characteristics despite of its low circuit current consumption of 33μA. This is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.
