The PWR220T-20 Series from Bourns® is a TO-220 style power resistor manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology.

Low inductance

Resistor electrically isolated from the backplate

High power rating

These power resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for automotive applications. Other applications include power supplies, test and measurement, motor drives and rectifiers.
