The Jumo 1 pole Mechanical Panel Mounting Thermostat operates according to the fluid expansion principle and can be used up to a maximum permissible probe temperature of 200 °C without any problems. The maximum permissible ambient temperature at the switch head is 80 °C, which is fixed using a fixing bracket with two M3 x 22 screws. The temperature controller is characterized by a high switching point accuracy of +/- 1.5 % in the upper third of the scale. The thermostat has a switching differential (hysteresis) of 7% of the scale range and automatically switches back to the original state when the temperature falls below the switch off temperature by this value. The temperature controller is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and furnace construction and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climatic chambers.

Very flexible and very robust
Zinc plated sheet steel case
Can also be used in rough conditions
Approved according to DIN EN 14597 and has UL and EAC approval
Smooth round sensor made of copper has a diameter of 6 mm with a probe length of approx. 84 mm
Capillary of the thermostat is also made of copper and can be laid flexibly with a bending radius of 5 mm
Desired shut off temperature can be easily set on a scale with the aid of a set point adjuster
A decisive advantage is that no additional auxiliary energy is necessary for temperature measurement
