Jumo Capillary Thermostat, Automatic Reset, Surface Mount

The Jumo 1 pole mechanical surface mounted thermostat is very robust and can also be used in rough conditions. The measuring system used operates on the fluid expansion principle and can be used without any problems up to a maximum permissible probe temperature of 60°C. The spiral probe made of high quality stainless steel has a diameter of 17 mm and is mounted on the side of the case. If necessary, the probe can also be mounted on the opposite side. The thermostat has a switching differential (hysteresis) of approx. 1,5 to 2 K and automatically switches back to the original state after the temperature has fallen below the switch off temperature by this value. It is very flexible and can be used in building automation as well as in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology. Further areas of application are the plastics industry, apparatus and mechanical engineering as well as furnace construction and temperature monitoring in laboratory and climatic chambers.
