RS PRO Thermocouple & Extension Wire Type N, -10°C → +105°C 2 Core PVC Sheath 100 m
Need a thermocouple and extension wire to construct a temperature sensor for a thermostat? This cable from the RS PRO range is insulated with durable PVC, making it both waterproof and very flexible. With a wide range of operating temperatures, it can be used down to -10˚C without cracking and up to +105˚C without melting. It's available in a length of 100 m.
Each flat pair of conductors has seven strands of 0.2 mm. The cable has colour-coded cores and jacket that indicate it's certified as a safe Tolerance Class 2 thermocouple cable, conforming to the IEC-584-3 standard. It's also been stringently tested to ensure it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007). You'll find that the cable's compliant with RoHS, meaning it contains minimal levels of hazardous substances.
