RS PRO Thermocouple and Extension Wire Type K, 200 m

Make your own thermocouples with this Type K thermocouple wire from RS PRO. For ease of use, you can weld the wires together at one end and fit the other end into a plug to connect to the thermometer. The wire comes in a 200 m length that can be cut as necessary, making the wires easy to replace when they get damaged or worn. The product's two cores are sleeved together in a single sheath, making it easy to route without the risk of the wires becoming tangled or caught.
This Type K thermocouple has wires made of nickel chromium and nickel aluminium, making it suitable for temperatures between -10°C and +105°C. This temperature range makes it a good choice for measuring the temperature of water. You'll commonly find this type of thermocouple used in industrial applications where accurate temperature measurements are important.
