RS PRO XQ Series Type RTD Resistance Thermometer Detector Wire, Screened 100 m, Polyvinyl Chloride Insulation, 105 °C

Introducing the range of RS PRO Platinum Resistance thermometer extension cables, ideal for use as a general-purpose extension wire and can be used to extend 2, 3 or 4 wire RTD configurations. This type of extension cable is most used with the Pt100Ω thermometers but also suitable with other types such as Pt130, Pt500 & Pt1000Ω. The cable has 4 cores and is PVC insulated with 70.2mm tin plated copper conductors. The cores are twisted with polyester tape and nylon cord followed by a tin plated copper over braid screen with a PVC insulated outer jacket. The PVC material of the jacket offers heat resistance up to 105°C, is waterproof and offers high flexibility for a range of applications.
