The TDK chip NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor are manufactured from sintered metal oxide. It consists of a combination of two to four of the following material: manganese, nickel, cobalt and copper. The NTC thermistor are semiconductor resistor that exhibit decreasing resistance characteristics with increasing temperature. Its resistance value is 10kohm.
Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C
It has low thermal time constant
