Applications
It is very important in many industries to ensure that temperatures are reliable and accurate to ensure that products are protected from different temperature ranges for example:
Control rooms
Production lines
Furnaces
Chemical processing plants
Factories
Power generation plants

Technical Characteristics
Within a few seconds the user can program the transmitter to measure temperatures within all ranges defined by the norms.
The RTD and resistance inputs have cable compensation for 2, 3 and 4-wire connection.
Continuous check of vital stored data for safety reasons.
Conversion of linear resistance variation to a standard analog current signal, for instance from valves or Ohmic level sensors.
Linearized temperature measurement with Pt100...Pt1000, Ni100...Ni1000, or TC sensor
Amplification of a bipolar mV signal to a standard 4...20 mA current signal

For DIN form B sensor head or DIN rail mounting with the fitting type 8421.
How Do Temperature Transmitters Work?
Temperature transmitters are electrical components that connect a temperature sensor, most commonly, a thermocouple, RTD or thermistor to a measurement or control device such as a loop controller, PLC, DCS, PC, data logger etc. Temperature transmitters isolate, amplify, filter noise, linearize and convert the input signal from the sensor it is connected to, for example - a thermocouple, it then transmits a standardised output signal to the control device of your choice like a data logger.
