The MAX6633/6634/6635 series of temperature sensors convert die temperature into digital form using an ADC. Extra features of the sensors include a user-programmable overtemperature alarm, a SMBus/I²C compatible serial interface and a shutdown mode.
The sensors are ideal for the temperature control of PCs and for battery temperature alarms.
