RS PRO PID Temperature Controller, 230 V ac

This PID (proportional integral derivative) temperature controller from RS PRO is a robust device ideal for the control and maintenance of temperature control, with the ability to adjust accordingly depending on the required temperature. This high quality PID controller utilises thermocouple: J, K, R, S, T and L (IEC584.1)(ITS90) sensors and features TC/RTD temperature sensor inputs.

Features and Benefits:

  • 4 digits display

  • Temperature sensor input (TC / RTD)

  • Programmable ON/OFF, P, PI, PD and PID control types

  • Adjustable Process Offset Value

  • Adaptation of PID coefficients to the system by Auto Tune/Self Tune

  • Programmable control and alarm functions for control outputs

  • IP65 protection at front, IP20 at rear

  • Operating Temperature : 0 C to +50 C

Application

PID (proportional integral derivative) temperature controllers are devices used to regulate and control temperature in a range of industrial control applications. They are available in various sizes and can accept a variety of temperature sensors as an input including RTD or thermocouple to compare the actual temperature to the set point temperature.
