Surge Protectors
These high-energy surge and lighting arrestors have a wide band-width, low VSWR and low insertion loss. Applications include Telemetry, Fixed/Mobile Communication Systems including both transmitters and receivers. The devices have an M5 stud on the base so that they can be chassis mounted, alternatively, they can be mounted on a single-way mounting bracket (288-193) Available in 'N'; BNC and UHF types with female connectors. Maximum transmitted power through the devices is 144W at 50Ω. The protective element is a low capacitance, gas arrestor. Maximum surge current is 10kA and their good frequency specification is achieved by using a silver plated, precision turned body. These devices are factory sealed and no maintenance is required.
Warning
These coax line protectors must be earthed for maximum protection.
