Zelio SSL Solid State Slim Relays

Schneider Electric Zelio solid state relays provide a compact and innovative solution for a wide variety of applications with interfacing control and load switching. The slim SSL series are available with several input and output configurations for both AC and DC switching applications. Compact size and modular design reduces space and allows easy mounting on the socket.
SSL series plug-in type relays can be mounted directly on a PCB or DIN Rail mounted with a socket. DIN Rail sockets are available in screw connector or spring terminal types.

Zero voltage switching or Random switching
Easy maintenance
High switching frequency
Resistance to shock, vibration and contamination
Long life span

Schneider Electric Solid State Relay, Flame-Retardant, 4.1g Weight - Harmony SSL Series - SSL1D101JD

Take charge of your DC circuit using this solid-state relay from Schneider Electric. The device draws power from one circuit while switching current on and off to a secondary circuit, making it a cinch to energise automated equipment. There's no chance of continuous operation wearing it down, as it uses electromagnetic force, rather than moving parts, to open and close its contacts. A wide control circuit voltage range between 3 and 12V DC lets you put this relay to work in everything from lighting systems to vending machines.

Features & Benefits

• Isolation between its input and output to minimise the chance of equipment damage caused by electrical faults
• Quiet operation, thanks to its lack of moving parts
• Flame-retardant for safety, so burns for a maximum of 10 seconds in the event of a fire
• Partly recyclable and end-of-life optimised for a reduced carbon footprint

Applications

• Electrical engineering
• Industrial automation
• Power utilities
• Food and beverage industries

How many switching operations can this relay handle?

As the unit has no moving parts, you can trust it to handle an unlimited number of switching cycles without the need for maintenance.
