The AD7764 is a High performance 24-Bit, 312kSPS, 109dB dynamic range Sigma-Delta Analogue-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with On-Chip Buffers and flexible SPI Serial Interface.
The fully featured evaluation kit operates in stand-alone mode or in conjunction with the Converter Evaluation and Development board, EVAL-CED1Z.
Software, including a technical note, describing the operation and set up of the evaluation board is provided, enabling the user to perform detailed analysis of the ADC's performance.
