This transducer from Phoenix Contact is a sensor that sends data to a monitoring device such as a PLC (programmable logic controller). It sends the data in the form of volts, providing a reading in DC (direct current) voltage of the same relative amount as the AC (alternate current) voltage.

The unit has an adjustable voltage range, so you can set it to suit your specifications. It has three-way isolation, which can control output signals at two separate points for bi-directional use. Push-in connection technology makes it simple to install.

The voltage transmission of this transducer means it's ideal for use with small devices and components that are less susceptible to electromagnetic interference (EMI). It converts currents in under 180ms (milliseconds) for a rapid response.
