Ixxat CAN-IB230/PCIe 104, CAN to PCIe 104 interface card with CAN and LIN channels
The Ixxat CAN-IB230/PCIe 104 enables an easy and cost-efficient CAN/LIN bus connection for computers with a PCIe 104 interface. It offers four CAN high-speed interfaces, one of each can be switched to CAN low-speed or LIN, making it a suitable tool for a wide variety of CAN applications. This active card features a 32 bit microcontroller, enabling data pre-processing, like precise on-board time-stamping and data filtering. It connects to the PC through a PCI/104 Express interface, while the CAN bus side connects via 10 pin box header connectors with galvanic isolation. The galvanic isolation provides reliable protection of the PC against overvoltage and voltage peaks. The card is equipped with a standard slot bracket for easy installation in desktop or industrial PCs.
Thanks to its modular design, the connectivity options of the CAN-IB230/PCIe 104 can be expanded with additional interfaces by installing multiple cards in one PC. This makes it an adaptable solution for various requirements.
