Telemecanique Sensors Lock Nut, Nickel-Chrome-Plated Steel Body, M30 Thread - XSZE130
Use this lock nut from Telemecanique Sensors to give your industrial equipment a sure footing. It's designed for use with XS cylindrical M30 inductive sensors (123-8642) and its job is to latch the components firmly onto your machine, keeping them steady as they work, even if things get shaky. As it's made of steel, you can rest assured the fitting won't bow to mechanical pressure, making it a practical choice for harsh industrial settings. Nickel-chrome plating enhances its resistance to rust and corrosion, so it's your dependable workmate for the long haul.

How does an inductive sensor work?
An inductive sensor such as the one this nut is designed for is used to detect metal objects. It does this by creating an electromagnetic field in its sensing range. When a metal object passes the sensor, it disrupts the field and this disturbance is read as an output.
