3M 3000 Series 1.27 mm IDC Ribbon Cable Plug Connectors

3000 series D type IDC ribbon cable plug connectors with a 1.27mm pitch and a low profile design. These IDC ribbon cable connectors are for use with 26 AWG to 28 AWG wire and 1.27 mm round, flat or jacketed cable. The use of IDC contacts eliminates the need for prior cable preparation and stripping and provides a quick and simple interconnection system. The contact design of these 3000 series IDC ribbon cable connectors enables multiple insertion and withdrawals. The shell of these IDC ribbon cable connectors is made from UL 94V-0 grey PBT and the contacts are gold plated. These 3000 Series 1.27 feature a built-in strain relief flange. Strain reliefs must be purchased separately
