XPSVNE Schneider Electric Preventa Safety Relay Module Zero Speed Detection.


From Schneider Electric this is the XPSVNE Prevents safety relay module specifically for Zero speed detection. This relay module allows you to detect the stop condition of an electric motor and used for all types of AC and DC motor driven machinery. Application for the XPSVNE safety relay module include the unlock signal for electrically interlocked sliding, removable machine guards, controlling rotation direction signals (reversing motors) and engaging locking brakes when the motor stops.

2 Potentiometers are front face mounted providing you with adjustment of the switching threshold for each circuit input, in turn, allowing adjustment for different motors and applications.

Standard module (stock no 464-485) is designed for frequencies up to 60Hz. For motors operating at a frequency higher than 60Hz producing a high frequency remnant voltage, stock no 464-489 should be used
