Allen Bradley Guardmaster Safety Interlock Switch, Trapped Key, IP65 Rating - 440T-MRKSE110C

Prevent accidents in your industrial workplace using this safety interlock switch from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley Guardmaster range. It lets you access a potentially dangerous area or machine when you insert the key into the lock. When you switch off power to the machinery, you can safely remove the key and insert it into another lock. This unit has a built-in actuator, eliminating the need to mount a separate actuator on your door. Its rugged stainless steel housing is resistant to hard impacts for durability.

• Tamper-resistant screws to prevent unauthorised access
• Broad operating temperature range between -10°C and +40°C to withstand demanding environments
• Colour-coded tag for easy identification in visually busy places

Our Rotary Trapped Key Interlock Switches are used for electrical isolation of machinery to improve safe access and also as teach boxes in robot cells. Once the power has been turned off, the key can be withdrawn and used in the next sequence of operation such as unlocking an access hatch or allowing valves to be operated. The rotary switch can be mounted in a panel or purchased in an enclosure.
