RS PRO PT100 RTD Sensor, 2.8 mm Diameter, -50°C to +350°C


This resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensor is used to measure temperatures in applications that require a high degree of temperature stability. The four-wire configuration allows two of the wires to power the circuit and the other two to read the temperature, resulting in fast and highly accurate temperature detection.
For enhanced precision, the sensor is made with a thin platinum coil encased in a ceramic substrate. This wire-wound construction resists extreme temperatures and reduces interference for sensing temperatures as low as -50°C and as high as +350°C.
This sensor is vibration-resistant for use in heavy-duty industrial environments. It's suitable for temperature measurement applications in dry, non-contaminating atmospheres.
