Linear output.

Honeywell RTD Sensor, 2.18mm x 6.35mm, 2 Wire - HEL-700 Series - HEL-707-T-0-12-00

To measure temperatures with a high degree of accuracy, use this RTD (resistance temperature detector) sensor from Honeywell. It consists of a probe that changes its electrical resistance in line with its temperature, along with two wires that can be connected to an external circuit or output device. This is a highly efficient system that offers an excellent level of repeatability. A high maximum temperature of +540°C makes this product particularly suitable for extremely hot environments, and it can also measure as low as -75°C for outdoor or refrigeration applications.

Features and Benefits

• Accuracy of ±0.2°C means that this sensor can be used for critical applications where precision is crucial
• Small dimensions make it suitable for settings where space is limited
• Sensor has a fast response time of 0.15 seconds, so it's ideal for frequent measurements

Application Information

• Process control
• Electronic assemblies
• Refrigeration equipment

What material is this RTD made from?

The sensor at the end of the probe is a thin platinum film. This provides a high level of stability and a linear change in resistance to temperature to ensure the measurements are as accurate as possible.
