Two part methacrylate adhesive designed for the structural bonding of thermoplastic, thermoset, metal and composites.
Minimal surface preparation required
Fills gaps and variations in bond surfaces up to 10mm
Fast fix/curing times
Bonds thermoplastics, thermoset,metals and composite assemblies
Superior flexibility, impact and fatigue resistant
Working time is 4-6mins, fixture time is 15-18 minutes
Manual applicator gun required, see stock no. 495-1750
For mixer nozzles required, see stock no. 375-925

ITW Devcon Structural Adhesives
Two-part structural adhesives and dispensing systems which allows the metering, mixing and accurate application of epoxy and acrylic structural adhesives. They ensure accurate ratio mix, fast application with a predetermined flow rate and reduced waste/mess. To apply the adhesive a system of a 1:1 ratio cartridge (in 3 sizes) application gun and static mixing nozzle is required; each is available separately.
