SFH 9206 SMT Reflective Sensors
The SFH 9206 family from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors are reflective sensors with a phototransistor output. They come in a surface-mounted (SMD) package containing and 950 nm LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. The package also features a daylight filter.
Suitable applications for the SFH 9206 reflective sensors include; position reporting, end position switch, speed regulation and motion transmitters.
