Raspberry Pi TV-uHAT


The Raspberry Pi TV-uHAT is an add-on board for the Raspberry Pi. It enables you to expand the functionality of your Raspberry Pi board by receiving digital terrestrial TV broadcast systems which includes DVB-T and DVB-T2.
The TV-uHAT is a compact module which comes in a newer form to previous models. It takes up minimal space and can be integrated into your design easily, without the need for lots of extra space.

Which Pi does it work with?


The Raspberry Pi TV HAT has a DVB-T2 and DVB-T tuner on board, which allows you to receive and decode digital television streams on your Raspberry Pi.

The TV-uHAT can be used on all Raspberry Pi boards when running as a server for other devices on the network. The performance when receiving and viewing TV on a Pi can vary between models. It is recommended that you use a Raspberry Pi 2, 3 or 3+ with the TV-uHAT for optimal TV streaming.

DVB stands for Digital Video Broadcasting and is a standard for transmitting broadcast Television. DVB standard is widely adopted across the world and you can check if your country has adopted this standard on the DVB website: https://www.dvb.org
