An L-TEK Elektronika module enabling 6LoWPAN communications with Arduino via 2.4GHz wireless 802.15.4 connectivity. The PCB module includes an on-board chip antenna and a UFL connector.

WPAN (IEEE 802.15.4) - 6LoWPAN – L-TEK Elektronika

6LoWPAN is an Internet communications protocol which allows IPv6 data packets to be received and transmitted via IEEE 802.15.4 compliant wireless networks. This allows low-speed IoT (Internet of Things) sensor networks to communicate with servers in the Internet 'Cloud'.
