The ASIC chip ensures highly precise switching points and very high repeatability of values, for any number of production runs. IME sensors are completely encapsulated with hotmelt moulding, which greatly increases shock and vibration resistance.

SICK IME18-08BNSZCOS inductive proximity sensor features a sensing range upto 8 mm with a NPN-NO output. The sensors is encapsulated in nickel-plated brass with a M18 x 1 fully threaded body and a M12 4 Pin electrical connection.
