Accurately detect the position and distances between objects with this inductive proximity sensor from Schmersal. It uses an oscillating circuit to generate an electromagnetic field, which senses ferrous and non-ferrous metals within its 10mm detection range. You can use this robust component in harsh environments thanks to its broad operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It features protection against short circuits and overloads for improved electrical safety. Thanks to its yellow LED indicator, you can easily monitor the switching status from a distance.
