The Omron inductive proximity sensor has nickel plated brass housing and 5 meter cable for connection. It has longer detection range compared to previous models and COM3 (230.4 kbps) IO-link. The cables comes with enhanced oil resistance. It takes only 10 seconds to replace a proximity sensor with the "e-jig" (mounting sleeve).
