RS PRO High Visibility Rubber Speed Bump, 400 mm x 250 mm x 70 mm
Install this high-visibility speed bump from RS PRO in a private or public car parking area to increase safety and encourage drivers to reduce their speed. This set includes a black and yellow bump, each 25 cm wide, that slot together. You can extend the length of the speed bump by simply ordering extra pieces, allowing you to customize it to the requirements of your space.
The angular hump design works as a ramp, so road vehicles aren't damaged if you hit them at speed. However, the sharp rise in gradient disrupts travelling enough that it will encourage drivers to apply the brakes.
The yellow and black colour warns road users of a hazard ahead to give them time to safely slow down. The speed bump also features cats’ eyes to reflect light from the headlamps, increasing the unit's visibility at night.
