The ZigBit ATZB-S1-256-3-0-C ISM-Band wireless module features the ATmega256RFR2 SoC based on an AVR 8-Bit microcontroller core. Designed for IEEE 802.15.4 compliant WPAN communication and ZigBee mesh network operation, it can also support RF4CE, SP100, WirelessHART and 6LoWPAN protocols.
