Vishay VSMF4710 Series IR Emitting Diodes
The VSMF4710 family, from Vishay Semiconductors, is a high speed Infrared (IR) emitting diode. This family of IREDs are in surface mount (SMT) PLCC-2 packages which use double hetero (DH) technology. Suitable applications for the VSMF4710 IR LEDs include; IR data transmission, transmissive and reflective sensors and emitter applications where there is limited space.
